Description:

General Construction:

Bleacher replacement at Jennie F. Snapp.

Cabinetry and flooring replacement at Bus Garage.

All sitework including pavement reconstruction, sidewalk replacement,utilities, and canopy removal/modifications.

Electrical Construction:

Exterior light replacement at Ann G. McGuinness.

Power for new bleachers at Jennie F. Snapp.

Removal of electric outlets at Bus Garage.

Roofing Construction:

Asbestos abatement of roofing materials.

Replacement of complete roofing system at High School including fascias,wood blocking, gutters,downspouts, etc.

Estimated Construction Budget:

General Construction:  $750,000

Electrical Construction:  $35,000

Roofing Construction:  $2,100,000

Pre-Bid Meeting:

No Pre-Bid Meeting,. project sites will be available for bidders to inspect proposed work areas from 9:00 a.m.to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays by appointment with Mr.Toby Riddleberger, Director of Facilities and Safety, phone number (607) 201-4875.

Bid Opening:

Bids are due May 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Union Endicott Central School District Office Board Room, 1100 East Main Street, Endicott, NY  13760.

Project Schedule:

Start:  Ten (10) working days after receipt of "Notice to Proceed".

Completion:  August 20, 2018

Description:

General Construction:

Elementary School:

Replacement of plastic laminate casework, including demolition of existing casework and installation of new casework.

Junior/Senior High School:

Replacement of corridor interior finishes including removal of existing glazed tile and cementitious terrazzo, installation of new epoxy terrazzo, installation of precast terrazzo bases, and reinstallation of existing glazed tile.

Installation of new corridor display cases.

Bus Garage:  Replacement of existing fixed windows with aluminum windows.

Sitework Construction: 

All paved replacement including asphalt, concrete sidewalks, and curbs.

All perimeter fencing replacement.

All lawn modifications required by paving required by paving replacement.

Project Schedule:

Start:  Ten (10) working days after receipt of "Notice to Proceed".  All on site construction to occur June 25, 2018 to August 26, 2018 with the exception of the exterior window and door replacement which shall occur June 24, 2019 to August 23, 2019.

Completion:  August 26, 2018.
