Deposit CSD - 2017 Small Capital Project

Description:

Flooring replacement including demolition of VCT flooring, wall base and accessories, flash patching of existing concrete slab on grade with cementitious leveler, moisture barrier installation, and installation of new tile flooring including wall base, stair treads, edge protection and all associated accessories.

Stage curtain fabric replacement including demolition of exiting stage curtain fabric and valance curtain fabric, and installation of new fire rated stage curtain and valance curtain fabric on existing rigging.
